Presenting our latest collaboration with Stiibu, now making the rounds at Pitti Uomo in Florence. As always, so many had a hand in the making: Stefano (that’s Italian for Stiibu) of course; and James Dignan whose drawings below literally steal the show; Louise Upperton and Julie Shah; and Francesco Ghedini and Christina Romagnoli and the rest of their team, without whom it’s all just pen and paper. We are very pleased to invite you to join us for our second Sunday Lunch at Salon No. 10, a celebration of music, film and of course food from around the world, prepared in collaboration with some of Hong Kong’s finest and most talked about chefs. Each of our Sunday lunches at Salon 10 will combine cinema, music and a delicious buffet, all around a theme that will change each time as we visit a different locale and culture.
For this second outing, we are honored once again to be working with Ms. Maria Bizri, founder of Pomegranate Kitchen, as she takes us on a culinary journey to Morocco, with a screening of the film The Sheltering Sky and musical accompaniment by our friend from the Bearded Lady band, Mr. James Schneider and a very special performance on the Tabla.
These lunches are intimate affairs with room for a maximum of 40 guests and there is only one sitting. Lunch is served buffet style from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. After lunch, settle in for the afternoon with wine and convivial company; table-hopping and conversation are highly encouraged! The Salon will close at 7:00 PM.
The cost of the Lunch is HKD350 per person and includes one complimentary drink; additional libations can be purchased from our extensive wine and bar menu.

Harira – A Traditional Berber Soup with Tomato, Chickpea and Lentils- The Perfect Comfort Food on a Cold Wet Day;
Cumin-Braised Carrot Salad;
Zaalouk – Burnt Eggplant and Tomato Salad Topped with Fresh Parsley and Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette;
Chargrilled Red Pepper and Skinned Tomato Salad;
Prawns in a Saffron-Infused Spicy Tomato Sauce;
Chicken, Green Olive and Preserved Lemon Tagine – Served with a side of Chickpea-Buttered Couscous;
Chermoulah- Succulent Braised Lamb Shanks Marinated in a Mix of Fresh Coriander, Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic and Lemon/Vinegar, Slow roasted for six Hours and Served with Rustic Bread to Soak Up the Juices;
